This article, published in the International Journal of Gynecology & Obstetrics, examines the experiences of 43 low- and lower-middle-income countries (LLMICs) with human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine introduction, and presents Senegal's experience as an illustrative country case study. The article identifies four areas that will require attention and action to overcome challenges and accelerate vaccination coverage.
