Frontline workers (FLWs) get a lot of questions about immunization. This resource was developed to help FLWs respond to some of the most common questions with accurate information and using simple and concise language, which follows the principles of effective interpersonal communication (IPC). Effective IPC builds trust, and trust between the provider and caregiver can be the determining factor in whether a child gets fully vaccinated.
