Interpersonal Communication (IPC) is a resource-intensive medium that may have limited reach and coverage.  For this reason it is good to consider whether or not IPC is appropriate for a program.  This one-pager offers examples of good reasons to use IPC, and examples of when it is and is not appropriate.
